Who this is for

Businesses and individuals who need ongoing website & design support; particularly consultants, educators and small teams who regularly update their website, run events, or create content and want a reliable design partner.

Focused on keeping your site up to date and looking great.
Website Support/Technical/Admin:
- Formatting, uploads, image sourcing and sizing, content updates.
- Ensures your website remains up-to-date and visually appealing
- Regular checking, monitoring, and reporting of website issues for prompt fixes
- Updates site content with provided copy and images
- Manage the uploading of content to blog, news and events
- Provides website design feedback for continuous improvement
Build and grow your business with Website & Design Support, be recognised for the great work you do.
Access services such as;
- Visual problem-solving, new graphics, brand layout, sourcing bespoke images.
- Visual Ideation, Style Guide/brand consistency for you, design process improvement and training support.
Payment: Pay upfront via invoice to book me in and commence works.

Each week: I’ll check-in and work through your ‘to do’ lists one request at a time, checking in where necessary.
Credit Balance: Logged and billed for every 15 minutes. You’ll be provide with an estimate on time for larger tasks and will advise you when credit is low. I’ll check if you need to go up a tier or roll-over time to the next month.
Cancel or pause: I understand there are busy times and quiet times, any credit left over will be held in credit for up to 12 months.
